I suppose I'm just trying to look after myself.

What sort of activities engage you?


Well, I try to make sure I consume a balanced diet first.

Because I don't overeat and consume a lot of fresh vegetables and lean proteins like chicken.

Also, I make an effort to eat pretty balanced meals.

But I steer clear of foods high in salt or sugar and take multivitamin tablets in the morning.

How will you proceed?

I make an effort to exercise a little bit two or three days every week.

not too difficult. merely something simple like running after work in the evening

Or my spouse and I play tennis.

Also, I discover that doing this keeps me in shape and improves my attitude.

Sometimes when I'm feeling down, I'll go for a run and it instantly lifts my spirits.
